Order Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Returns

We follow a strict no return policy. Products once sold are not eligible for return.

Exchange (Damaged/Wrong Product Only)

Exchanges are only applicable if you receive a damaged or incorrect product.
To request an exchange:

  • Contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide a clear unboxing video as proof

Requests without a proper opening video will not be accepted.

Exchanged products will be delivered to you within 10 days.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are provided in valid cases.
